Positions Currently Available
PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYOR

A minimum of 5 years experience in preparing and reviewing Boundary and Topographic Surveys, Construction Layout, Subdivision Plats, and Legal Descriptions. Responsible for scheduling and managing field crews, managing project schedules, and managing project budgets.

This position requires a significant amount of communication with engineering staff, CAD staff, and administrative staff. Candidate must have strong leadership skills as well as a solid computer background and experience in AutoCAD.
SURVEY CREW CHIEF

A minimum of 2 years experience as a Crew Chief performing ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, and Construction Layout. Experience with Trimble Robotic Total Stations, Ranger Data Collectors, and AutoCAD a plus.
SURVEY TECHNICIAN

A minimum of 1 year experience as a Survey Technician performing Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, and ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys. Construction Layout background and experience with Trimble Robotic Total Stations and Ranger Data Collectors a plus.
CAD TECHNICIAN

A minimum of 3 years experience in the preparation of Plats of Subdivision, Plats of Survey, Topographic Surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, and Boundary Surveys. Candidate must have proficiency in AutoCAD and a willingness to participate in field work. Previous land surveying field experience a plus!
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER

A minimum of 5 years experience in designing storm sewers, water mains, sanitary sewers, site grading, and road/parking lot layouts for residential and commercial land development projects. Responsible for scheduling and directing project team, managing project schedules, and managing project budgets. This position requires a significant amount of communication with surveying staff, CAD staff, and administrative staff. Candidate must have strong leadership skills as well as a solid computer background and proficiency in AutoCAD.
